In Florida, a group of men tried to burn the house with ragu sauce. One person in the group

Police officers caught two men with pasta jars who, using Ragu sauce, tried to burn the
house they had stolen from.

According to WKMC-TV, two men, 36-year-old Derrick Irving and 28-year-old John Silva,
were arrested for stealing a TV and wall unit from the house they burgled.

In a statement made by the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, he stated that the alarm system
of the house detected motion and the telephone alarm went off.

According to WKMC-TV’s statement, the camera was covered with a cloth. Seeing this, the
landlord immediately informed the police.

The police, who arrived at the scene, announced that a red SUV was trying to get away from
the house. Two suspicious men told the police they had bought something to wear from the
house. The host said that Irving was wearing a bull’s suit.

One of the sheriff’s deputies said there was a television, a wall unit, a marijuana mill, an
empty jar of ragu sauce in the vehicle.

According to WESH-TV’s statement, officials said they found ragu sauce in the pot and a
cloth near the stove.

The host told WESH-TV, “The thieves tried to make it look like I left the stove on. Who gets
up at 2 in the morning and tries to do something?”

Silva and Irving told officials that their meeting with the host was due to past sexual
encounters. The host told WKMC-TV, “The affair lasted about a week. He had been driving
my car for four months. I gave him $150 to fix his teeth, maybe he’s angry about it.”

Silva and Irving are accused of unarmed theft, arson and grand theft.
