Florida man accused of running in full rage and shooting at a car

The incident took place in Walton County, Florida. A man from Santa Rosa Beach got into a rage while driving and fired multiple shots at another vehicle on the road. Sheriff’s deputies from the Walton County Sheriff’s Office rushed to the area on notice and later arrested the shooter.

The incident, where gunshots echoed in the surrounding area, took place on Sunday night. At the intersection of MC Davis Boulevard and Highway 98 East, a driver fired several shots at the car of another driver who was passing him. The suspicious man was driving a red SUV. Sheriff’s deputies who came to the scene completed their investigations in a short time.

Detecting that there was no argument during the incident, the deputy sheriffs could not determine the exact reason for the incident. However, in line with their investigation, they emphasized that the incident may have occurred mostly due to a momentary road rage.

Following information from the scene, they identified the person who was driving the red SUV and fired several times at another vehicle. They found multiple empty shell casings in the front passenger seat of the suspect’s vehicle. Terry Brown, 63, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and shooting at a vehicle with a firearm.
