JACKSONVILLE (CBSMiami) — A 27-year-old Florida man accused of aggravated assault and indecent conduct, who allegedly showed a police videotape targeting supporters of President Donald Trump, now pleads not guilty.
Timm, 27, says he is innocent. According to the information in the report, it is stated that he drove a car over a tent because he did not like the president.
According to the arrest report, the video footage shown to the police was cut before the “good” places. No one was harmed in the incident.
If Timm is proven guilty, he will face up to 30 years in prison.
