In Florida, a man with a machete tattoo on his face was accused of attacking with a machete.
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office released a photo and report of the man accused of machete assault on Saturday.
Orlando Weekly generally refuses to publish photos of people arrested. However, the distinctive machete tattoo on the face of 25-year-old Justin Arthur Couch reveals it.
Couch said he encountered the victim on his way back from a meeting he attended at his home on Monday. According to eyewitnesses, the two men faced each other and Couch pulled out a machete and told the man to leave his house.
According to the police report, Couch told the victim, “There’s nothing for you here. Get out of here!” he said. When the victim still tried to break in, Couch attacked with the flat side of his machete.
The victim, who wanted to block the machete, said that he fainted with the blow. Couch took the victim to a friend’s house. The victim was then taken to Bayfront Health Spring Hill to have his injuries treated.
According to the information in the report, it was stated that the victim could not use his left hand due to his injury. Couch was arrested on Tuesday afternoon.
Couch’s bail, who was arrested for aggravated assault, was set at 10,000 dollars.
