A car hit a man doing the “In My Feelings” challenge in Florida.
After being hit by the car, the man received national attention. The reason for the interest is not clear.
According to the “In My Feelings” trend that has just emerged in the internet world, people get out of their cars and dance to Drake’s popular song and record these moments on video.
Authorities have informed people that such behavior can pose a danger. Ignoring the warnings of the authorities, 22-year-old Jaylen Norwood from Boynton Beach had unwanted moments while trying to keep up with the trend.
In the video uploaded to Instagram, Norwood shows off her dance moves. According to the challenge, Norwood was supposed to jump on a car that entered the video, but the car collided head-on. “Actually, I was supposed to jump on the car, but I collided with the car,” Norwood said. The In My Feelings movement didn’t like me.” The accident resulted in cuts and scratches on Norwood’s body.
Due to the video that spread rapidly on the internet, Norwood interviewed Jimmy Kimmel, who is a talk show host on Monday nights. Norwood said that the car his friend was driving was too fast. He also said that the car driving over the spilled oil on the street made things worse.
Norwood said that he was not bothered by the popularity brought by his bad experience and said, “I am the most famous person living in Florida.”
Boynton Beach police said in a tweet, “Don’t even try this type of dangerous behavior at home.”
