A Florida man killed someone doing the same job as him with a machete.
TAMPA, FLORIDA (AP) — A Florida man has been arrested for murdering a man with a machete at a marijuana cultivation home, prosecutors said in a press release.
A Hillsborough County judge sentenced 41-year-old Yuniel Setmanat-Gonzalez to life in prison for first-degree murder, attempted robbery and home theft.
Brandon, the victim, was growing marijuana when Sentmanat-Gonzalez and five others entered a home in 2015.
He had seen the face of Brandon’s girlfriend, Sentmanat-Gonzalez. In a statement from the Hillsborough state prosecutor’s office, the mask Sentmanat-Gonzalez left at the scene contained his DNA and fingerprints.
