Florida Man Birthday Challenge February 25
Florida man threw cookies to his girlfriend. As a result of this behavior, the man was accused
of battery.
Wade Smith, 41, was arrested at his home in Zephyrhils after the incident, according to the
WFLA.
Stating that she was beaten, the woman said that Smith had thrown a hard cookie on her
forehead. A rash occurred on the woman’s forehead due to the cookie being thrown.
According to the information given by the authorities in the arrest report, the man confessed
to throwing cookies. Smith was placed in Pasco County prison. It is not known whether he
has a lawyer or not.
