Florida man arrested by sheriff’s deputies after sitting on a woman

Sworn statements were used by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. According to the affidavit, 78-year-old Robert Edward Dvorak was waiting in line to use an exercise machine at the gym. Meanwhile, one of the sisters was using the exercise machine.

Dvorak took a long time to use the exercise machine. However, the woman using the machine did not let go of the machine. Tired of waiting, Dvorak sat on her to use the gym equipment. After doing this, an argument broke out between Dvorak and the sisters.

One of the sisters told Dvorak to get off his sister. Dvorak didn’t mind. She started repeating the same things over and over again, and Dvorak pushed her away. As the argument escalated, deputy sheriffs arrived on the scene and arrested the man.

Sheriff’s deputies took Dvorak’s statement about the incident. Dvorak admitted that he pushed one of the women and sat on top of the other. However, the man said that the real attacker was the sisters. Dvorak was charged with a simple battery but was stated to be released on bail.
