Florida Man Birthday December 27
14-year-old Florida boy kills his sister over Christmas gift argument
The tragic incident that occurred in Largo, Florida stunned everyone. Two brothers, aged 14 and 15, were arguing over a Christmas present. The 23-year-old sister, who intervened to separate them, was injured and died when a gun was fired, but the incident did not end there.
Everything was actually normal in the Johnson family’s house in the morning. 23-year-old Jennifer woke up her child Timmy and impatiently waited for the Christmas gifts to be opened. However, the other siblings at home were unaware of their sister’s innocent expectation.
Jennifer’s other siblings, 14-year-old Brian and 15-year-old Jacob, were in a heated argument. There was a video game among the gifts and they couldn’t share the game. After the voices got louder, Brian went towards his room in intense anger and a short time later a gunshot was heard.
With Timmy in her arms, Jennifer quickly walked towards Brian’s room and saw that Jacob had been shot in the shoulder. Suddenly, she shouted through Brian, but she didn’t get the chance to do anything more. Brian pointed the gun at his sister and fired, hitting her in the chest.
Seeing his sister shot by Brian, Jacob grabbed his hidden gun and shot Brian, whom he caught in the garden of the house. Even though Jacob fled the scene, he was caught and taken to a mental health facility. According to reports, he will be taken to a juvenile detention center after the mental health facility.
Unfortunate Jennifer lost her life with a bullet that hit her chest. Making a brief statement about the incident, the Pinellas County Sheriff stated that Brian said he was going to kill his sister before shooting her. Also, the sheriff added that Brian’s another goal was to actually kill little Timmy.
Brian faced charges of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm. Jacob was charged with attempted first-degree murder and tampering with evidence. At the time the incident was reported to the press, it was not known whether either brother had a legal representative.
