He was rushed to the emergency service, but died in the hospital where he was treated.
Alexandro Garibaldi initially claimed to have found his cousin Joaquin Mendez shot in front of his home. However, according to the information obtained from eyewitnesses, it turned out that the person who shot Joaquin Mendez was Alexandro Garibaldi.
As police expand their investigation into the incident, they searched the home of the victim, Joaquin Mendez. The bulletproof vest worn during the incident was found inside the house. Moreover, the bullet was still on the vest. Alexandro Garibaldi was arrested on charges of manslaughter.
