Florida Man Birthday Challenge March 29

STUART, FLA. (AP) – A forensic psychologist saw a former student attacking two people.
The person who attacked deadly and bit their faces thought he was “half human, half dog”
and believed it.

Dr. Phillip Resnick came to the conclusion in a mental health report published by Martin
County Attorney’s Office. The report consisted of 38 pages.

Authorities found Austin Harrouff, 22, on August 15, 2016. According to the description,
Harrouff was snarling whilst he was present, biting John Stevens’s face.

Dr. According to Resnick’s report, Harrouff insisted on biting Stevens, even when the
authorities were on the scene, despite factors such as the threat of violence, being shot, and
getting tired. These showed that Harrouff was psychotic.

For the trial that will take place on November 4th, Harrouff’s lawyers will make a madness
plea.
