Florida Man Birthday January 5

A 35-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for insults and disrespect to the mosque.

Michael Wolfe was arrested for disrespectful and insulting behavior towards the mosque.
The man damaged the windows, cameras, lights of the Masjid Al-Munin mosque and left
bacon at the entrance of his door.

After the murder of 14 people in California, which took place in the USA on December 2,
anti-Muslim views increased. The rhetoric of some politicians in the USA also caused the
increase of the opposition.

Rasha Mubarak from the American-Islamic Relation (CAIR) made a statement in Florida
branch, saying, “We find it right for the Titusville police department to arrest the attacker.”
According to Muslims, the use of pork is seen as a harmful behavior to Muslims. Rasha
Mubarak thinks the incident should be brought to justice through hate crime.

Officials in the police department in Titusville did not share any criminal records for Wolfe’s
background. Held on $ 2,000 bail, Wolfe did not object for himself.

According to the information given by CAIR, while bacon was left in the Masjid-e-Tawheed
last month, pig heads were thrown to the relatives of the Al-Aqsa Islamic Society on
December 6. CAIR stated that hate crimes against mosques started in 2009 and increased
and reached their highest level in 2015.
