Florida Man Birthday August 28

A topless man was out for a stroll with his goat while it was raining.

PANAMA CITY – A man presumed to be in yellow underwear as everyone went home due to rain on Tuesday afternoon in Florida, USA. He walked his goat on East Avenue near 231.

A woman shared images of the man walking with his goat on Facebook and captioned it, “What did I just witness?” The woman wrote, “A man is playing the harmonica with a straw hat in his underwear and walking his goat.”

A local defense attorney named Hoot Crawford sent the picture to The News Herald as “really walking a goat in the parking lot. I don’t know where he went, but he’s a goat.”

A man who shared what he saw on Facebook said, “I was going to the beach and I saw a man wearing bright yellow underwear. He had a straw hat on his head and a big ass.”

All of this may sound interesting, but this is Florida. Sheriff Tommy Ford said he doesn’t remember anyone saying the interesting-looking man did anything weird.

After speaking to his office, Ford instructed his aides to see the man wearing bright yellow underwear, seen over the weekend.

Regarding the incident, Ford said, “A deputy sheriff checked on him. He’s sane, even sane enough to walk a goat. “He may just be wanting attention, and he’s succeeded.”
